n-compass, the award-winning charity delivering services including advocacy, carers services, wellbeing and counselling have announced their new Chief Executive as Joanna Solanki.

Joanna is a long-established member of the charity, with a wealth of experience gained over her fifteen years having joined n-compass in 2008 as a Service Manager before taking up the Services Director position in 2018 overseeing all service delivery across the region.

Joanna says, “I feel privileged and delighted to be taking up this role and I am looking forward to building on the inspirational work of the charity to date.”

Joanna is committed to ensuring n-compass remains a well-run, respected, and innovative charity and that it continues to grow and extend their services to reach even more people.
