n-compass has recently achieved the Investing in Volunteers (IiV) Quality Standard, recognising the excellent work they do with volunteers.
Investing in Volunteers is the UK quality standard for all organisations involving volunteers. n-compass was assessed against a range of best practice standards and proved to excel in all aspects of working with its volunteers. The process has taken the team 6 months to achieve through completing a serous of questions, providing evidence and attending interview, all demonstrating that we are a great place to volunteer.
Ian Leadbeater, Volunteer Manager at n-compass said: “Volunteers are such a valuable part of our organisation. We are so pleased to achieve IiV which demonstrates our commitment to supporting our volunteers and recognises the great contribution they make to our community”
