Today is a very exciting as our Cumbria IMHA service goes live. Our Advocates from the Cumbria IMHA Hub will provide Advocacy support for individuals under the Mental Health Act. The health professionals involved in a person’s detention have a duty to refer them for Advocacy. This applies to hospital patients, those who are on a supervised Community Treatment Order, and those under Guardianship. To find out more about this service please contact on the below
