My professional background is as a Radiographer for the NHS, I worked clinically in Manchester and abroad, then after returning to the UK worked in the Private sector before venturing into NHS service management in Preston and  my home town of Bolton.

In 2016 after completing my academic studies I moved back to Manchester as Divisional Director for Imaging and latterly as Deputy Director of Operations for Clinical Support services.

My current role is as Associate Director for Greater Manchester (GM), Imaging Network and Northwest (NW), Regional Radiographer. I am also clinical advisor to the NW Diagnostics NHS England team where I use my experience and knowledge to help support improvements and collaboration in Imaging service delivery across GM and the NW.

My own personal values mirror those at n-compass; I have a wealth of experience in a caring profession and am passionate about helping others, I’m therefore delighted to be a Trustee at n-compass.
